DULCE BASE UFO CONFERENCE

L Designs, Etc. has recently been involved in some very innovative projects. Perhaps the most notable of these was the Dulce Base UFO Conference in 2018, featuring renowned UFO experts Linda Moulton Howe and Bill Birnes of TV's UFO Hunters.
